The Texas Rangers' Adrian Beltre has announced that he will be playing in the World Baseball Classic for the Dominican Republic.
The announcement came this morning as baseball fans have eagerly been awaiting the WBC. Beltre's announcement means that his left calf in healthy enough to play in the WBC's first round.
The World Baseball Classic kicked off, this morning, with underdog team Israel defeating Korea, 2-1.
