The FC Barcelona soccer team is planning to open an Austin, Texas based training academy, this summer.
The Spain-based soccer team will be opening its training academy, in Austin, this summer. The Austin-American Statesman reports that the facility is part of the team's push for a bigger footprint in the United States.
Barcelona also has training academies in Tokyo, Dubai, Sao Paolo, and Moscow.
