The Amarillo Tea Party is planning to host a candidate forum in March.
Amarillo Tea Party official William Sumerford announced at last night's meeting that the Tea Party is planning to host a forum for City Council candidates in March. Due to the large number of candidates seeking office this year, only the candidates for Mayor and City Council will be invited to the forum.
This will also reportedly be the Tea Party's final meeting at the Amarillo Senior Citizens' Association building.
The meeting will be held on March 21st.
