U.S. Speaker of the House Paul Ryan will soon be visiting the Lone Star State.
According to The Monitor, Ryan will visit McAllen, Texas, next week, for a daylong tour of the U.S.-Mexico border. The Monitor reports that Ryan is also expected to be joined by several House Republican leaders during his visit.
Representatives Michael McCaul (Dallas) and John Carter (Round Rock) are expected to join Ryan's visit.
The delegation will visit the Anzalduas Bridge area and the Rio Grande.
