AgriLife Center Transition for Students with Special Needs Workshop Rescheduled

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Center in Amarillo has announced that is has rescheduled a planned webinar.

According to information from AgriLife Today, the Military Families Learning Network announced that it has rescheduled its planned "Successful Transition for Students with Special Needs: Advocating for Universal Design for Learning in Classrooms" webinar. The webinar, which was originally scheduled for mid-October 2017 has been moved to next week, on November 29th.

Topics covered in the webinar will include: Universal Design for Learning, Employability skills, and advocacy for UDL to be incorporated in classrooms.

Leading the webinar will be Dr. Lakshmi Mahadevan. Dr. Mahadevan is a family and community health specialist from College Station.
