Officers of the Amarillo Police Department will be participating in 'No Shave November' this year.
According to officials from the Amarillo Police Department, Chief Ed Drain is allowing officers to participate in 'No Shave November' in 2017. This means that officers choosing to participate will be allowed to grow out facial hair during the month of November.
Officers are allowed to grow out the facial hair only during the month of November.
