The Amarillo City Council has canceled its regularly scheduled October 3rd meeting.
According to a representative for the City of Amarillo, Councilmembers announced the cancellation today, saying that a meeting will be regularly scheduled for next Tuesday, October 10th. No information has been released as to why the City Council canceled its meeting.
A quorum of the City Council is expected to assemble at Mayor Ginger Nelson's breakfast speech on Tuesday morning.
