WT Names Homecoming King, Queen

West Texas A&M University has named its homecoming king and queen for the 2017-2018 school year.

Khash Wilson of Maplewood, New Jersey, and Lindy Pasley of Canyon were named homecoming king and queen during this weekend's homecoming game between West Texas A&M University and Adams State.

Wilson is a junior corporate communications major who was sponsored by S.A.G.E. He was escorted onto the field by his aunt.

Pasley senior biochemistry major and the daughter of Brandon and Jana Pasley and Tammy and Jeffery Tankersley. Pasley was nominated by S.A.G.E. and was escorted onto the field by her father, Brandon Pasley.

Other finalists for homecoming king included: Kord Davis, a senior agricultural media and communication major from Friona, and Treston Johnson, a senior musical theatre and dance major from Lubbock. Nominees for homecoming queen included: Amanda Clawson, a senior psychology major from Amarillo, and Kacy Segrist, a senior education major from Lubbock.

Also on the field were Guy Brown and Shaina Kulakis, the 2016 Homecoming King and Queen, Chandler Huddleston, student body president, Micah Davison, student body vice president, and Kacy Segrist, student body chief justice.
