State Representative Four Price has co-authored a bill which calls for the U.S. Congress to call a convention of states.
The bill, if passed, would formally call for an Article V Convention of States to approve amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The bill would make Texas the 29th state calling for a Convention of States.
