The former Texas Governor's mansion, and White House replica, sold at a recent auction.
The Houston Chronicle reports that the building sold for an undisclosed price. Ross Sterling, former Governor of Texas and Humble Oil founder, had the home built in 1924. Sitting along Galveston Bay, the home has become quite well known.
The home includes 9 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms. In total, the home equals out to 20,689 square feet.
During its most recent real estate listing, the home was listed for $6 million.
