Farm and Ranch Show Returning to Amarillo Civic Center

One of Amarillo's favorite conventions is set to make its return to Buchanan Street.

The 2016 Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show will kick off, at the Amarillo Civic Center, tomorrow. The event, which has become a favorite among Amarillo residents, will showcase many vendors and exhibits showcasing the latest technology in farming and ranching.

The event, which will feature over 500 exhibitors, and multiple events, will also be playing host to two conference style events. The convention will feature the 2016 Texas Wheat Symposium, and an Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Appreciation Lunch. Another event to be showcased will be the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension RRAD Program.

DuPont Pioneer will also be showcasing its Pioneer brand QromeTM products, as part of its Unlock Your Yield Tour.

IDEAg Group, which is presenting the event, is no stranger to farming and ranching events. IDEAg Group also hosts the Northern Illinois Farm Show, in DeKalb, Illinois, the AFBF Annual Convention, in Phoenix, Arizona, the Minnesota Farm Fest, in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, and Dakotafest in Mitchell, South Dakota.

"IDEAg Group, LLC. delivers an optimal experience to attendees, exhibitors and industry thought leaders in the agricultural market." IDEAg Group says on their website, "Through its established farm show events and Feed & Grain magazine, the IDEAg Group is dedicated to bringing interactive, content-rich, high-value events to the marketplace, connecting top-level producers to the providers across the country."

IDEAg Group also says that their events are "for agriculture, by agriculture."

The Farm and Ranching Show is set to start tomorrow, November 29th, and run until December 1st. The doors will open at 9am, each morning.
