Why did you decide to run for this office in 2026?

It seemed like many of the problems in my city, state, and world surprisingly all connect back to decisions being made by the Texas Governor and Legislature.
The biggest threat to the United States is the $1.7 trillion monopoly over world internet and free speech. SpaceX plans launches from Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and Boca Chica, deploying up to 42,000 Starlink satellites. United Launch Alliance (ULA) warns a launchpad explosion could block emergency spy-satellite launches just six miles away. If that threatens military access, it also endangers nearby civilian communities, including South Padre Island residents. The Texas Governor and Legislature helped give birth to this existential threat to national and financial security.

Low Earth Orbit internet is projected at $1.7 trillion per year. If treated like oil rights and distributed equally to Texans through a citizens’ fund—modeled on Norway’s North Sea oil fund—that equals roughly $56,000 per Texan every year. Against that scale, being offered school vouchers while giving away space rights is not generosity—it is an insult.
At the same time, water-hungry and power-hungry data centers are being green-lit with no accountability for consequences. Texas’ immediate environmental crisis is water security and water quality, yet data centers, HB 24-49, and water-intensive industry threaten aquifers, farmland, and grid reliability.
HB 24-49 will pollute farmland and rivers with so-called “treated” fracking water—we are one spill away from irreversible damage.

City governments increasingly operate in cloaked secrecy behind NDAs, usurping natural resources without transparency to citizens.
Human trafficking continues with little leadership. The blind eye paid to the financial burden caused by failure to enforce employment-verification laws fuels trafficking and exploitation. The best border control is robust employment-verification enforcement.
In healthcare, cheap, proven, non-patentable treatments are kept from patients because there is no financial incentive to fund FDA approval. Reverse T3 is a good pilot for Texas grant funding because FDA-grade research into T3 / rT3 balance and control would unlock many therapies Big Pharma does not want doctors to have access to, not because they are unsafe or ineffective, but because they are non-patentable.

Housing prices are skyrocketing because institutional investors compete with families. AI-driven education threatens to produce a generation unable to think critically. Economic policies increasingly divide children from their biological parents, resulting in broken homes.
The rush to deploy Small Modular Reactors that are not commercially proven on a short time frame is unwise.

All of these issues are connected. Oligarchs are gaining control over shared resources. I decided to run because Texans deserve leadership that protects families, land, liberty, and truth.

If elected, what will be your top three priorities in office?

1. Protect children, families, and human dignity
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities. Texas should fund enforcement with a $50,000 reward for the capture and conviction of offenders and recover costs through fines on traffickers. Kidnapping a child for trafficking is worse than murder, as it condemns the child to ongoing abuse. A state’s health is measured by how it protects its most vulnerable.
Policies must stop dividing children from their biological parents and instead strengthen families.

2. Stop monopolies and restore economic justice
Justice must be equal under the law, not race. But economic justice is distorted when government enables monopolies to capture public resources.
Texas historically respected oil rights as belonging to citizens. Today, access to space via Low Earth Orbit internet—projected at $1.7 trillion per year—is being given away. Space rights should be treated like oil rights, belonging to all Texans, not monopolized by a single entity. Space-based profits should benefit Texans broadly, not concentrate power and speech control.

Texas should immediately repeal the 2012 space tourism law and replace it with legislation that recognizes access to space as a shared natural resource, similar to oil. Texas should establish a Texan citizens’ fund, modeled on the Norway Sovereign Wealth Fund and the Alaska Permanent Fund, so that profits derived from space access benefit Texans equally. Management and control of any resulting Texan spaceport should be vested in a voting shareholder structure, with ownership equally shared by all U.S. citizen Texas residents, ensuring transparency, safety, and long-term economic justice.

3. Secure water, land, and infrastructure
Texas’ immediate environmental crisis is water security, not climate ideology. Data centers, HB 24-49, and water-intensive industry threaten aquifers, farmland, and grid reliability.
An immediate moratorium on water- and power-hungry data centers and repeal of HB 24-49 are necessary to protect farmland and rivers from “treated” fracking water.

If existing data centers or drilling operations are negatively impacting water security, power pricing, or farm and river safety, they should be shut down until they produce and fund a credible plan to stabilize those impacts. Texans should not subsidize private profit through depleted aquifers, higher power bills, or contaminated farmland.

What is an issue you believe has gone overlooked in your race and how will you address it if elected?

The most overlooked issue is how Texas law enables centralized power while exporting risk to rural communities, including the Panhandle.
From space-launch concentration at KSC and Boca Chica, to data-center grid stress, to fracking wastewater on farmland, decisions are made without transparency, accountability, or local consent.
No new data centers should be approved. Data centers stress the grid, forcing citizens’ power bills up and driving economic injustice. SMRs are not yet commercially proven.

Another overlooked issue is the failure to enforce employment verification laws, which directly fuels illegal labor markets, human trafficking, and wage suppression. The most effective border control is robust employment verification, not rhetoric. Texas should establish whistleblower incentives for employees and contractors who report violations, protect them from retaliation, and reward information that leads to enforcement. When illegal employment is exposed and penalized, trafficking networks collapse.
If elected, I will insist on transparency, local consent, and accountability.

Why are you the best candidate for voters to support for this position?

When was the last time Texas was led by an engineer instead of a lawyer?
Lawyers are trained to argue after damage is done. Engineers are trained to prevent failure before it happens. Texas’ biggest problems—water security, grid instability, infrastructure risk, monopolies, and technological overreach—are engineering problems, not courtroom debates.
I have worked solving real-world problems in petrochemical engineering, Space Shuttle flight safety, industrial and community fire response, AI-assisted education, and municipal governance. My wife and I have public-schooled, home-schooled, and led a school. We lived overseas in five countries over eighteen years, learning firsthand what works—and what fails—in migration policy while balancing compassion with unintended consequences.
At the end of the day, the heart of man is desperately evil. We the people must turn back to God for grounding. If we can see God keeping His 3,000-year-old promises to Israel, then we can know He is faithful to keep His promise of a home in Heaven for all who believe. I believe Jesus Christ died for my sins, and salvation is by grace alone, not works. I believe the Word of God is the practical resource needed whether you are in Russia, the Middle East, or the Texas Panhandle.

If God kept His specific, costly promises to Israel

—through exile, persecution, and the rebirth of a nation—His faithfulness is proven in history. That visible, promise-keeping God is my foundation and assurance. Salvation is by grace alone, not works (Eph. 2:8–9). Everyone who believes that Jesus Christ died for their sins and rose again will live forever with God. This faith also demands truth-seeking and honesty in science and history. Every child in the world should have access to this information. https://youtu.be/WL222gtpHgY?si=ws0B9NpZZDI2D8sT
