Why did you decide to run for this office in 2026?
My Staff and I have made many strides in the office of Justice of Peace Precinct 2 over the last 7 years and wish to continue that progress of offering Dedicated, Fair and Impartial Justice to the community and all those coming before the court being as transparent as we legally can be.
If elected, what will be your top three priorities in office?
1) Collection of Fines and Court Costs of traffic citations and warrants
2) Continue Fair and Equal Justice Justice to all matters brought before the Court
3) Maintaining the Training and Education of the Office Staff and Myself.
What is an issue you believe has gone overlooked in your race and how will you address it if elected?
The actual duties of a Justice of Peace. One must be well rounded in the functions of the court. From small claims to debit claims to Death Inquests, the position is not one for the ill faint. One must be educated in the field, make sound judgement calls in minutes, vast communication skills adapting to the situation you are in and knowing the difference between them This position is not for everyone nor should it be. Over the last 47 years of community service and in particular the last 7 years as the Justice of Peace know i have demonstrated those skills of communication and values a judge should have. When experience matters there is one clear choice. Thank you for your continued support.
