Why did you decide to run for office in 2020?

Because I have a deep historical knowledge of the original design of the U.S. Senate.

Because I understand the mechanisms that are still available to us to rein in this out of control federal government.

And because the federal government is too large, too powerful, and the only solution is to divest it of unconstitutional powers.

What are your top three priorities, if elected?

Protecting the best interests of Texas.

Remanding social issues (abortion, marriage, education, ect. ) back to the States, so the citizens of the States can manage these issues according to their individual values and traditions.

Divesting power away from the federal.

Do you plan to host town hall meetings in Texas during your first term in office? Why or why not?

If at all possible, yes.

Reader submitted question: Would you support new federal campaign finance reform legislation? Please explain.

Yes. The rules are written by Congress and in such a way as to protect them from being challenged by anyone outside the political establishment.

Do you support term limits? Please explain.

Yes, with almost 800,000 citizens to each House Representative, there is literally no way for “we the people” to have any real context of a candidate’s character. All we get are multimillion dollar ad campaign every few years telling us they are “just like you”, and we all know that it a lie. They get elected, go to DC, and we don’t know who buys them lunch, or who influences them, but we are certain it isn’t us.

We are out of scale and term limits are a necessity anymore.

Do you believe new gun control regulations are needed? Please explain.

All federal gun laws are illegal. If you want gun control, use both hands.

As a prospective Senator, what are your thoughts on the articles of impeachment brought against President Trump?

It has been a galactic waste of the tax payer’s time and money, but a monumental success as a fundraising tool for the swamp members in both parties.

Reader submitted question: What should the U.S. Congress do to reduce the national debt? Please explain.

Abolish every unconstitutional agency; stop illegally funding foreign regimes; stop funding undeclared and unconstitutional wars, stop funding a completely failed, and unconstitutional “war on drugs”.

For starters...

Please explain what reforms Congress should enact, if any, regarding the healthcare system.

It should remove itself altogether.

The Constitution of the United States offers the federal government no authority whatsoever to manage the healthcare industry, much less any other industry.

Do you support the proposal to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border? Please explain.

Yes. We Texans votes overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in 2016 for two reasons: 1) build a wall and 2) drain the swamp.

We Texans want the border secured in a serious way, and we know the wall is an intrinsic part of that process.

It’s up to we Texans to help drain the swamp.

How will you work to ensure constituents can actively communicate with you about the issues, if elected?

There is literally no way for one person to “represent” the individual interest of almost 30 million citizens. Instead of perpetuating the current system of non-communication, I will connect my office directly to the State legislature, which is where I will go for advice and counsel. I will advise the citizens of Texas who would like to contact me concerning anything in the Senate to contact their State Representative. It’s much easier for a citizens to reach their State Representative and that will put them only one phone call away from me. If I receive a number of calls from members of the State Legislature on a particular issue, that issue will be prioritized.

Are you supported by any political action committees? If so, please list your PAC endorsements.

Too early for public release.

Why are you the best candidate for voters to support for the U.S. Senate?

Because I understand the office better than any other candidate, and because I’m a Texan first. My only interest is in protecting the best interest of the Lone Star State.

Because we Texans-Tejanos-Texians want the federal government out of our lives as much as possible, and the swamp drained.
